What you can expect during your basement, crawl space or slab evaluation
When we arrive at your property, our contractors thoroughly look over the interior and exterior of the foundation, as well as the surrounding soil and drainage measures. What we look most for are signs of shifting soil, waterlogged soil, cracks in walls and floors, leaks and flooding, as well as potential signals of problems that may occur in the upper levels of the structure. This may include doors or windows that are misaligned and jammed, cracked drywall, popped out nails, uneven floors, and tilting chimneys.
Included with the no-cost inspection is a free quote. If it has been found that there is an issue foundation that needs fixed, we will provide you detailed costs, timetable, and overall scope of the work to be completed.
This plan is written out and itemized for easy comprehension. In the report, you may find terms you are not familiar with. Our contractors carefully review each line item with you to ensure your understanding. After you receive your estimate, we encourage you to discuss insurance coverage and financing options with our representatives.
